There is a place for you here in the Music
and Worship Ministry at First Baptist! There are wonderful opportunities
for all ages to sing or play, and to use your special musical talents
to inspire praise and lead our church in a great worship experience each
week.
With so many options before you, it is very easy to get involved in the
music ministry. Whether you are a child, a teenager, adult, or senior
adult, you will not want to miss out on the many opportunities our music
ministry has to offer. You may have interest in singing in a choir, playing
an instrument in the orchestra, or helping in media; whatever your interest,
we have a place for you. For more specific information concerning a particular
area of interest, call the church office at 724-287-7241.

God is doing a mighty work in both our church
and our school. We have seen growth not only in our numbers, but more
importantly we have witnessed spiritual growth in our students' lives.
Our desire as a staff is to develop the student spiritually, academically,
and socially. Socially we train the students how to build friendships,
solve disagreements, and live according to the dictates of scripture.
Academically we pursue excellence in scholarship. Our students are trained
to use their knowledge of the liberal arts in the service of the Savior.
Spiritually we seek to encourage our students' knowledge of their Lord.
We truly believe that to know Him is to love Him, and loving Jesus Christ
is the greatest commandment!
I count it a privilege to be a part of the ministry here at First Baptist
Christian School and Church. I pray the Lord will continue to bless us
as we seek to worship Him. |
